Just a quick update on the hop...
I finally managed to get my knit for Charity's items finished out in the post the other day, I've been so busy preparing for Todos Arte and Carnivale, setting up the new Etsy and MadeIT stores and changing over artwork in the shop-front gallery, that I've let a few things slide by.
I'm looking forward to a few days off starting thursday (my partner and I are heading to Melbourne to the ACDC concert to relive our miss-spent youth and to tour some galleries that have shown an interest stocking some of in my artwork) It will be the first "holiday" we have had in over three years. Soooo excited, but in the meantime....
I usually take Tuesdays off, to do family stuff and organise myself and everyone else here for the week, however today has been spent writing newspaper articles for the Chiltern Tourism Association (I'm their volunteer publicity Officer) and catching up on paperwork for the shop-front gallery as I will be away Thursday to Saturday and then again to work at Todos Arte from the 21st Feb to the 7th of March.
I have however managed to sneak in a few moments of knitting and designing.... my next project is a small doll that is suposed to look like a mad hatter... I'm having a little trouble getting his "hat" the right shape, I promise to post some pics as soon as I get time.
